For this project with Dialectica, we set out to capture the real energy behind their onboarding experience — and it’s nothing like the typical first-week routine. From day one, new team members step into a culture that’s all about growth, ownership, respect, and teamwork. With offices across four continents and a global mindset, Dialectica doesn’t just bring people on board — they invest in them.

Our job was to bring that to life on screen. Through a mix of interviews and behind-the-scenes moments, we showcased what surprised newcomers the most: the warm welcome, the inclusive vibe, and an onboarding experience that feels more like a fast-track MBA than a boring orientation.
